What is IP-TV?
IP-TV is live television which is broadcast through the internet. All you need is the internet, which means you don’t need satellite antennas and cables. Thanks to the latest technology you are now able to watch domestic TV channels from ex yugoslav regions.

What do I need?
All you need is the internet connection (any type of the internet with minimum 1.5 Mbps download speed)and our IP-TV SET TOP BOX.

What is IP-TV Set Top Box?
IP-TV Set Top Box is the latest technical device which connects your TV set with the internet. Connecting is very easy: plug the internet cable into IP-TV Set Box, and connect your TV set with IP-TV Set Top Box (like any other DVD device)using a standard cable (rgb, scart, chinch).

How do I check my internet connection speed?
Check the speed on the following website Bandwidth Speed Test. 1,5 Mbit/sec (1500kbps) or more is enough to receive our service.

Can I take my Set Top Box to my friend?
Of course you can. You pay for this service and Set Top Box is yours, so you can take it wherever you want. Set Top Box works at 110V i 220V , and also with both TV standards (PAL i NTSC). Just be sure to have High Speed Internet connection (min 1,5 Mbit/s).

My picture sometimes freezes. What is the problem?
Our service travels to you at the maximum speed of 1.4 Megabits per second. If your internet speed slows down under 1.3 megabits (longer than 3 seconds), the picture can freeze while sound will stay normal. If the troubles with "freezing" come up frequently, we advise you to contact your Internet provider and talk to them about removing this interference. Being a user of High Speed Internet you pay for the agreed speed and you have every right to expect the agreed and stable connection.
